Overview
THE ROLE:
As part of the Americas Go To Market Team the Activation Specialist will support the Go To Market Lead in collaboration with the Global Activation Team the execution of change management, training, and activation initiatives for digital transformation projects for North America, LATAM countries ensuring global strategies are translated to regions and local specific needs are considered for smooth implementation and the highest possible adoption. Additionally ensuring smooth activation and change management support for regional digital implementations. This position ensures that activation strategies are effectively implemented across markets in the region, with a strong focus on collaborator and member engagement, asset creation, and readiness tracking. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with local markets, regional teams, and external vendors to ensure successful go-lives and adoption of new digital tools and features. This includes ensuring markets are ready with all necessary activities for the launch of any digital change
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
Change Management and Activation:
- Leads activation and change management activities for Regional digital initiatives and implementations, feature roll outs both for internal and Distributors.
- Supports the creation and localization of activation and change management plans for global digital initiatives and implementations, feature roll outs both for internal and Distributors.
- Coordinates and implements activation plans for digital tool implementations and feature rollouts.
- Support the creation and localization of activation assets (e.g., banners, flyers, launch packs) to ensure timely delivery of activation materials. If needed in collaboration with agencies and vendors for digital communication campaigns and onsite event activation.
- Track readiness criteria and raises risks or delays to the impacted market/regional business lead.
- Monitor market-level execution of activation plans and provide support where needed.
Training:
- Assists in the development and delivery of training plans and materials tailored to varying digital maturity levels in global digital initiatives and implementations, feature releases both for internal and Distributors. Adapts materials to regional needs.
- Manages training needs for regional digital initiatives and implementations, feature releases from identifying training needs, defining training plans, creating training materials to deliver training sessions both for internal and Distributors.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions (virtual and in-person), including scheduling, technical setup, and follow-up.
- Ensure training content is localized and aligned with activation messaging.
Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain regular communication with interested parties across local, regional, and global teams and Distributors.
- Support stakeholder mapping and engagement planning to ensure alignment.
- Gather feedback from markets to advise continuous improvement of activation strategies.
Internal Communications:
- Draft internal announcements and updates related to activation and training initiatives.
- Collaborate with business communications team to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- Support intranet content updates related to activation and readiness.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Skills:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva or similar for asset creation is a plus.
- Training background is a plus.
- Ability to build rapport and influence interested parties at all levels.
Experience:
- 2–4 years in a change management, training, marketing activation, or project coordination role.
- Experience in coordinating and managing projects successfully.
- Proven track record of ensuring timely delivery of key benchmarks.
- Experience in working with various key-players, including local markets, regional and global teams, and external vendors and agencies.
- Exposure to digital transformation or technology rollouts is preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
