Vubiquity, an Amdocs Company, is now seeking a dynamic and resourceful sales & operations professional to join this award-winning team! In this role, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and working closely with the Localization team, you will hold a key role in providing best-in-class services to existing and new clients.
What will your job look like?
- Directly engage with clients to manage requests, communications, and project needs.
- Support Sales through quoting, readiness activities, and enablement.
- Coordinate all aspects of project execution to ensure smooth delivery.
- Educate Sales teams on processes, localization workflows, and operational best practices.
- Serve as a liaison across Sales, Marketing, Production, and other internal teams.
- Ensure teams have accurate, timely content, instructions, and information.
- Maintain strong process consistency, quality standards, and workflow discipline.
- Coordinate structured communication and prepare required content or documentation.
- Provide the right information to field teams at the right time for successful execution.
All you need is...
- At least 5 years of experience in Localization Services to production houses in customer-facing roles.
- Experience in sales, sales operations, sales development, or enablement in the media & entertainment industry.
- Proven success in negotiating with partners and collaborating across functions to keep projects moving forward.
- Experience managing projects with tight budgets, many partners, and very high visibility.
- To thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
