About the Position

We are looking for a fashion-savvy and detail-oriented Merchandising Assistant Intern to support the Korea team. The intern will work closely with the merchandising team to assist in product assortment planning, product tracking, and sales analysis for the Korean market.
This role offers hands-on experience in global fashion e-commerce merchandising and provides an opportunity to gain practical insight into how fashion products are curated, planned, and optimized for local markets.
Responsibilities
Merchandising Support
- Assist in preparing merchandising assortments and product lists by category
- Support product tracking and organization including style, color, fabric and category information
- Assist in assortment planning for the Korean market based on trend and product direction
- Support merchandising operations for third-party retail channels
- Assist in compiling sales data and preparing basic sales analysis reports
- Conduct competitor and product research to support merchandising decisions
Product & Trend Research
- Research emerging fashion trends, silhouettes, and product aesthetics relevant to the Korean market
- Support product benchmarking and competitive analysis within the fashion retail landscape
- Identify product details, styling directions, and visual patterns that resonate with local consumers
Operational Support
- Assist in preparing merchandising presentations and product reports
- Support coordination of product-related tasks within the team
- Maintenance of APP & Web localization and visual alignment to Korea and global direction
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or related fashion field
- Strong passion for fashion products with a keen eye for silhouette, color, styling, and product details
- Basic understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English
Preferred
- Internship experience in fashion brands, retail, or fashion media
- Understanding of global fashion trends and digital fashion culture
- Based in Seoul and commit to full-time 5 days a week

머천다이징 업무 지원
- 카테고리별 상품 리스트 및 어소먼트 준비 업무 지원
- 상품 스타일, 컬러, 소재, 카테고리 등 상품 데이터 정리 및 관리 지원
- 한국 시장을 위한 상품 어소먼트 관리 및 상품 트래킹 업무 지원
- 제3자 채널(외부 판매 채널) 운영 관련 머천다이징 업무 지원
- 판매 데이터 정리 및 기초 매출 분석 리포트 작성 지원
- 경쟁 브랜드 및 시장 트렌드 리서치 지원
상품 및 트렌드 리서치
- 한국 시장에 적합한 패션 트렌드, 실루엣, 스타일링 방향 리서치
- 경쟁 브랜드 상품 분석 및 패션 리테일 시장 리서치
- 국내 소비자에게 어필할 수 있는 상품 디테일 및 비주얼 방향성 분석 지원
운영 업무 지원
- 머천다이징 관련 자료 및 프레젠테이션 준비 지원
- 팀 내 상품 관련 업무 coordination 지원
- 머천다이징 프로젝트 관련 전반적인 운영 업무 지원
- APP 및 웹 콘텐츠의 한국 시장과 글로벌 방향성에 맞춘 비주얼 운영
자격 요건
- 패션디자인, 의상학, 패션 머천다이징 등 패션 관련 전공자 또는 졸업 예정자
- 패션 상품에 대한 높은 관심과 실루엣, 컬러, 스타일링 디테일을 보는 감각 보유자
- Excel 및 PowerPoint 기본 활용 가능자
- 디테일에 강하고 정리 능력이 뛰어난 분
- 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 배우고 성장하려는 태도
- 기본적인 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자
우대 사항
- 패션 브랜드 또는 리테일 관련 인턴 경험
- 패션 감각을 보여줄 수 있는 포트폴리오 또는 무드보드 제출 가능자
- 글로벌 패션 트렌드 및 디지털 패션 문화에 대한 이해
