Pay: $55-60 per hour
Description: In this role, you will be creating intuitive and enjoyable end-to-end user experiences for customers interacting with vehicles, digital products and other customer touchpoints. You will apply your expertise in research, analysis, and design to create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interactions while ensuring the user experience aligns with customer expectations, brand values, and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, end-to-end user experiences by understanding user needs, behaviors, and preferences across digital, physical, and service touchpoints
- Map user journeys and define interactions across multiple interfaces (e.g., touch, voice, gesture), ensuring clear information architecture and usability
- Apply systems thinking to understand the full ecosystem of services, stakeholders, and dependencies to deliver cohesive, seamless experiences
- Integrate Accessibility and Universal Design principles throughout the design and development process
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and validation activities to evaluate and improve interaction effectiveness
- Advocate for user needs and design craft excellence while balancing business and technical requirements
- Translate product strategy, vision, and roadmaps into clear narratives and communication assets that align teams and stakeholders
- Create and deliver engaging product communications, including demos, presentations, videos, and multimedia content, to support stakeholder alignment and storytelling across technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, leadership, and localization partners to ensure consistent messaging and global readiness
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of professional experience in product or user experience design
