The Human Resources Team Lead supervises a team of six HR Administrators who provide administrative support to multiple countries. The role ensures the effective and efficient delivery of HR People Services processes. The Human Resources Team Lead works closely with HR regional leadership on proper execution of transactional aspects of HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that the HR administration team executes and administers end-to-end People Services in accordance with global processes, and agreed upon local variations, for a country or region, ensuring data accuracy, professionalism, and timelines.
- Manage the HR administration team, including daily stand-ups, coaching, training, and developing team members to ensure the highest level of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Personally responsible for assigned data administration work, requiring timely data input, maintenance, and accuracy within the HR systems.
- Serve as first point of escalation for the HR administration team during work request escalations, and any HR System challenges that arise.
- Maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions, such as employee data changes, new hires, terminations, and other forms of HR administration.
- Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with regional HR leadership to develop and deliver HR metrics and reporting to measure and monitor the effectiveness of administrative services.
- Identify opportunities and problem areas in service delivery processes, troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions.
- Drive operational performance and service excellence within the HR Shared Service team and monitor performance of the team against defined performance/quality standards.
- Carry out other tasks as required to support the People Services team.
- Escalates issues to People Services Leadership in a timely manner.
Skills & Experience
- Understanding of HR issues, process and procedure together with knowledge of statutory requirements.
- Experienced knowledge of transactional HR processes and HR Administration.
- Understanding of Data Protection legislation, its implications, and the need to comply
- Experience in a customer focused environment, ideally working to SLA's.
- Experience managing a team and able to demonstrate achievement of performance and efficiency benefits through coaching and people development.
- Demonstrates high caliber time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong email and in-person communication skills.

- A college degree is required.

- Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Ensure that all HR services provided to internal customers, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, benefits administration, and employee relations, meet or exceed the established SLAs.
