What You'll Do
We're seeking a Digital Project Manager who will be focused on streamlining delivery of web strategy and operational projects. You will work closely with our Marketing leadership to establish priority and planning of initiatives, drive transparency and accountability for numerous cross-organizational initiatives and facilitate the successful delivery of these initiatives.
This role requires a strong aptitude for business process improvements, outstanding communication skills, and a balance of collaborative leadership and influential skills across the team and beyond.
The ideal candidate is an independent and curious self-starter with a demonstrated ability to influence others to produce results. The position requires the ability to effectively collaborate with business owners, process owners, subject matter experts, and have a high tolerance for ambiguity and a bias toward action.
Responsibilities include:

Drive project success in support of the strategic digital roadmap, new product introductions and other web objectives, as well as operational updates.
- Identify project requirements and gaps, lead project kickoffs and meetings, facilitate alignment and definition of goals, define tasks, provide clear communication of project status, manage intake and backlog. Accountable for ensuring project milestones are achieved on time for successful delivery of web projects.

Ensure accurate, clear, and detailed insights into project health metrics and success against SLAs, including developing and maintaining dashboards to provide visibility. Proactively identify opportunities to improve project metrics.

Lead continuous business process improvement efforts to help streamline and standardize intake and workflow, gain efficiencies, identify gaps, and improve clarity of process – with an eye towards simplification, scale, and automation.

Partner with digital strategy, product owners, and stakeholders to understand business strategies and provide recommendations to manage capacity to support changing and/or emerging business needs.

Troubleshoot and facilitate issue resolution. Ensure stakeholders and project teams are kept up to date on potential risks, decisions, mitigation plans.
- Partner with appropriate team members to clearly outline transfer of work from project to operations and ensure continuous support after project closure.

Enforce established governance, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Create and maintain project retrospectives and action areas of improvement.
- Ensure that all process documentation reflects the current state of the process and provide recommendations for how to make the documentation easier to access and consume.

- Consider the ultimate impact of decisions and actions on internal and external customers.
What You'll Need to be Successful

8+ years project management experience, waterfall and agile methodologies

Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills with proven ability to troubleshoot, identify, and execute innovative solutions for website production challenges.

Ability to oversee multiple projects, keep projects aligned with strategic goals, and manage issues at the tactical level. Comfortable and experienced with ambiguity and complexity.

Demonstrated experience streamlining existing processes, defining and operationalizing new processes, and driving efficiencies

Actively participates, collaborates, and leads with others on one's own team and cross-functionally for the achievement of business goals

Comfortable presenting to senior leadership

Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)

Experience with digital localization and translation projects a plus

Project management certification is a plus

Demonstrated knowledge and application of Project Management principles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
About the Team
Pay Range Details
The base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Colorado $105,900 - $169,500 (annually)
Washington $105,900 - $187,200 (annually)
California $105,900 - $205,000 (annually)
New York $117,000 - $205,000 (annually)
The pay range above is the general base pay range for you in the state listed. Your actual salary/wage may be based on multiple factors, such as geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, and market and business considerations. This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, depending on the terms of the applicable plan and your role.
