Facilitates total communication between Spanish Only speaking employees and department management. Assures Spanish Only speaking employees are properly trained and facilitates understanding of departmental and company policies and procedures.
Essential Duties
- Assists in the development of the Spanish Only speaking programs/activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Associates degree/equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Two (2) years’ experience in Spanish/English language interpretation. Demonstrated proficiency in Spanish and English languages, oral, written & reverse interpreting. Certified Spanish-English interpreter or translator.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Comprehensive knowledge of Spanish Only speaking culture and the needs and concerns of Spanish Only speaking persons.
Strong human relations, oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.
