Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Madrid team (remote). The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and ambitious, with a strong independent work ethic and a collaborative spirit. Key responsibilities include managing client communications, analyzing and preparing files, post-processing localized files, building localized components, and handling project scheduling and resource management.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred

· E-Learning Localization experience required

· Strong organizational and detail orientation

· Proficiency in MS Office and project management platforms

· Minimum of 2 years of project management experience

· Required experience in the localization industry

· Skilled in resource management and budgeting

· Excellent writing, grammar, and client communication skills

· Ability to manage tight deadlines, multitask, and work under pressure

· Strong command of CAT tools (Trados Studio, MultiTerm; Xbench knowledge is a plus)

· Desktop Publishing experience is a plus
