Hanna Interpreting Services LLC is a language services provider that offers in person, video, over-the-phone, and written options for translation, interpretation, ADA remediation, transcription, language assessments, voice over, and website localization.
Founded in 2010 by mother and son duo Jennifer Hanna and Tom Elias Hanna in their garage in San Diego, CA, Hanna has grown to more than 65 employees, served over 1 million non-English speakers to date in 200+ languages, and has sponsored countless outreach events to serve the local community.

Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for maintaining reliable quality by managing and coordinating language projects as a Project Manager providing a single, dedicated point of contact for clients, translators, proofreaders, and other language and document professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of various translation projects.
- Work closely with clients and vendors to make sure the scope and direction of each project is on schedule.
- Work independently and as a part of a team.
- Execute monthly goals.
- Negotiate with contractors.
- Communicate with contractors via telephone and email.
- Timely follow-up on all pending issues.
- Manage very fast-paced requests.
- Execute the best approach for complex requests.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to the project process.
- Be flexible to accommodate existing/new requests.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Prior translation project management experience is required.
- Working as a translator experience is a plus.
- Prior experience using software applications such as, but not limited to, XTRF, memoQ, Trello, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and/or Adobe InDesign is preferred.
- Prior experience creating/manipulating PDF files, including the creation of bookmarks and thumbnails preferred.
- Excellent computer skills are required.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- If bilingual, please include languages spoken.

This position may require work-hours after hours and/or weekend depending on a client you are assigned to.If the above requirement occurs, you may be entitled to have some flexibilities on the weekdays.
