Job Title: Global Project Manager, Tolebrutinib
Location: Cambridge MA (Hybrid - 2/3 days per week onsite requirement)
About the Job
The Global Marketing Team for tolebrutinib is working to transform how HCPs/patients think about MS disease pathology through comprehensive disease state education efforts. We are also working to transform how HCPs approach treatment of MS by preparing for the launch of brain-penetrant and bioactive tolebrutinib. Our aspiration is that with tolebrutinib, HCPs will be able to directly address disability accumulation—the greatest fear of those living with MS.
This role will work in the Sanofi Specialty Care Global Business Unit and will be a key member of the Tolebrutinib Global Marketing Team.
This role will support the development and execution of the overall tolebrutinib brand strategy and tactics.

Main Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy
Participates in the development of the Global Brand Plan: provides insights on key components of brand plan, supports assimilation and coordination of cross functional input
Participates in the development of the Global Omni Channel Plan
Marketing Tactics
Contributes to development/execution of HCP and patient marketing tactics, including digital assets
Supports countries with the localization of global tactics
Actively participates in internal marketing subcommittees
Collaborates with vendors to develop key marketing projects
Marketing Operations
Develops project plans
Manages activities in alignment with project plan timelines
Tracks and reports budgets, forecasts spending vs plan, aligns budget with vendors
Organizes and co-facilitates major internal meetings (e.g., GBT)
Manages key tactics through PRB process
Launch Management
Tracks and reports performance of tactics vs KPIs, responsible for tactic performance
Drives cross-functional discussions to identify Launch Critical Success Factors; and designs the tactical steps to address them
Contributes to launch subteam activities—monitors subteam activities to drive plan execution
Partners with countries and functions on launch activities
Participates in key launch readiness forums
About You:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing or business
3 to 5 years pharma/biotech industry experience
Strong commercial acumen, marketing capabilities, and strategic/innovative thinking capabilities
Ability to travel
