The Key Responsibilities
- Manage Key Digital Marketing Agency Relationships: Oversee a large portfolio of critical agency partnerships, with a focus on supporting and scaling existing advertisers to drive long-term success.
- Deep Understanding of Performance Marketing: Possess a strong knowledge of performance marketing strategies and the ability to sell tailored solutions to sophisticated, data-driven buyers.
- Sales Expertise, Especially Technical Salesmanship: Demonstrate expertise in positioning complex value propositions, handling objections effectively, and navigating technical discussions with confidence.
- Expertise in Chinese Market & Advertisers: Have a strong affinity and deep understanding of the Chinese market, its trends, and advertiser behavior to effectively serve and support this region.
- Ownership of Key Projects: Lead significant projects with oversight from the Team Lead or Operations Lead, often having cross-program influence that impacts multiple areas of the business.
- Work Independently with Minimal Guidance: Operate autonomously, demonstrating the ability to execute projects with little intervention or supervision, ensuring high-quality results.
- Deputize for Sales Manager: Step in for the Sales Manager during their absence (e.g., PTO), ensuring smooth operations and continuity in driving sales objectives.
- Engage with Senior Stakeholders: Regularly interact with senior stakeholders across the business, maintaining positive relationships and aligning on strategic objectives.
- Revenue Retention & Growth: Take ownership of retaining and growing revenue within a strategic book of business or across a business function, focusing on delivering consistent value to partners.
- Operate Across Multiple Markets: When necessary, work across different geographic markets to share insights, ensure consistency in execution, and drive unified sales strategies.
- Understand Business Goals & Provide Data-Driven Insights: Develop a deep understanding of partner goals and translate data into compelling narratives, offering actionable insights that contribute to their success.

The Key Qualification
- 4-5+ years of experience in Advertising Technology sales, specifically within any online ad platform. [For Senior Analyst Level]
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing solutions and a solid understanding of industry tools and strategies.
- Up to date with the latest trends in online marketing, ensuring a cutting-edge approach to client solutions.
- Native-level fluency in the language of the assigned market, enabling effective communication and relationship-building. [Mandarin]
- Proficient in tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, and G-Suite/Office, with strong presentation and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with proven experience in using data-driven solutions to achieve positive business outcomes.
