Join our dynamic, global organization at a pivotal time of transformation. We are seeking an experienced APAC Business Operations Manager to join our regional marketing team. This role is crucial in driving operational efficiency and effectiveness in alignment with our global marketing strategy.
Who we're looking for
As the APAC Business Operations Manager, you'll drive strategic initiatives, optimize regional marketing programs, and ensure operational excellence across APAC, without direct people management.
What you'll be doing
- Strategic Program Management: Develop and refine marketing processes and workflows, ensuring alignment with global strategies and regional needs.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the execution of marketing programs, including budget management and performance tracking, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Event Excellence: Manage the execution of Showcase events across APAC, ensuring adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze regional performance data, create reports, and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between HQ and the APAC regional marketing team, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Process Optimization & Training Coordination: Identify process improvement opportunities, develop SOPs, and coordinate training initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
What you bring to the role
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, or program management within a high-tech/SaaS environment.
- Strong background in marketing strategy and execution, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
- Exceptional project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects across regions.
- Strong analytical abilities to leverage data for decision-making and process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience designing and executing large-scale marketing programs and events.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment with shifting priorities.
