About the role: As a Test Manager at Wipro Limited, you will be responsible for leading a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality data testing for our clients. In this full-time role based in Melbourne, VIC, you will play a crucial part in the success of our Information & Communication Technology projects.
Responsibility and Key Skills:
- Lead the testing efforts for data platforms, ensuring high-quality data testing from ingestion to staging to presentation, covering pipelines and stored procedures,
- Drive automation initiatives to improve testing efficiency and accuracy, specifically focusing on enhancing testing processes
- Identify and implement value-add initiatives (such as synthetic test data, environment and release management uplift) to enhance the overall testing process and deliverables
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their testing requirements related to data platforms and ensuring their satisfaction
- Provide clear direction and guidance to offshore teams, ensuring alignment with testing objectives and priorities related to data platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes within the data platform development lifecycle
- Develop and maintain testing strategies, plans, and methodologies to ensure comprehensive test coverage and accuracy for data platforms
- Monitor and report on testing progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders, and drive resolution as needed
- Provide UAT support and ensure test reporting is comprehensive and actionable for data platforms
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data platform testing
