Overview Of The Role
We have an exciting new role in our Onsite Localisation Team for someone who is enthusiastic about sports, organised and with a creative problem-solving attitude.
You’ll be reporting to the Onsite Localisation Manager in a team of 10 people from 8 different nationalities, who all share a passion for sports and understanding our customers behaviour.
The Onsite Localisation Team are responsible for keeping Betfair International customers safe and engaged. Sitting in the wider trading function, our team creates promotional mechanics, landing pages and onsite content across our sports sites.
Our new Sao Paulo workspace is the perfect place for team collaboration and individual growth. It is located in the Paulista neighbourhood with great transport links across the city and exciting working environment.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission aligned.
What You’ll Do
We’re looking for someone with a passion for sports and a keen eye for detail to manage and optimize our sports content and trading operations.
You’ll be responsible for creating and scheduling promotional and event banners, ensuring key sports moments are highlighted effectively. Managing content areas and optimizing the display of sports markets will be key to enhancing the user experience.
On the trading side, you’ll oversee the onsite offer, ensuring pricing accuracy and working closely with the In-House Sports Team to refine our local market offerings. You’ll also collaborate with the Trading Localisation Team to implement brand-led improvements and handle settlement and payments for manually created markets.
Quality control is essential in this role—you’ll conduct regular content checks, fix errors, flag translation issues, and test new features, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
You’ll also be working closely with teams across Promo, Planning, Trading, Commercial, and Product, responding to requests and contributing valuable insights to help shape our strategy.
