What you will do
Vouch Korea is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and grow our operations in Korea. You will be responsible for growing our sales pipeline, securing new business and fine-tune our product localisation in Korea.
We are looking for a driven person who is passionate with what we do and dedicated to charting the course of our young business unit. The ideal candidate needs to be sensitive to industry trends, proactive in designing solutions and have the initiative to do all it takes to bring the business to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, cultivate and close new business sales relationships within the hotel industry in Korea
- Responsible for meeting the company’s sales target in Korea
- Understanding the needs of the Korean market and communicating to product managers on product enhancements that can lead to increased sales
- Be a strong brand ambassador in Korea - build, maintain and develop strong networks with local business community and form strategic partnerships
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has
- A minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B hotel technology sales
- Strong track record and proven business development, sales and marketing experience, especially with closing complex/tailored deals
- Knowledgeable about the hotel industry in Korea
- English and Korean proficiency required (Written and Spoken)
- Domestic travel may be required
