スキル・資格
- SAP S4/HANA導入/移行 特にFICOモジュールの専門知識
- 10年以上のSAP導入プロジェクト経験（特にFICOアプリケーション）。
- 標準的なSAPインプリメンテーション/マイグレーションツールおよび方法論への経験
- SAPプライベートクラウドとオンプレミスでのグリーンフィールド実装方法論
- SAPプライベートクラウドおよびオンプレミスにおける経験とスキル
- S/4 HANA実装に関するFICOの機能改善/アップグレードを文書化し分析する能力
- アップグレード計画、方法論、ビジネスノウハウに関する情報を共有し、フィードバックを収集するためのステークホルダー管理（顧客、他のパートナー、社内チームメンバーの両方）の経験
- FICO関連のユーザートレーニングの実施経験
- 日本の有効な労働許可証および在留カードを所持していること
- 日本語が堪能であること（日本語能力試験N1またはN2）。
- 英語力（TOEIC850点以上）
- SAP S4/HANA Implementation/ migration Expertise specifically in FICO module
- Overall experience 10 years in SAP Implementation Projects specifically in FICO application, at least 2 full life cycle
- Exposure to standard SAP Implementation/migration tools and methodology
- Green field Implementation methodology with SAP private Cloud and On premise
- Exposure and skills in SAP private Cloud and On premise
- Ability to document and analyze Functional Improvements/upgrades in FICO with regard to S/4 HANA implementation
- Experience with stakeholder management (both customers, other partners and internal team members) to share information and collect feedback on the Upgrade plans, methodology and business know-how
- Experience with conducting FICO related user trainings
- Hold valid Japan work permit and Japan residence card
- Strong command of Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2), preferably Japanese native
- Good command of English (TOEIC 850 or above)
業務内容
- 財務プロセスの再設計をサポートし、プロセスの効率化を図る。
- ビジネス要件を理解し、日本語で技術的・機能的仕様の分析、文書化、設計を行う。
- ビジネス上の問題を分析し、ビジネスユーザーへの影響を日本語で評価/説明する。
- マネージャー、チーム、ビジネスユーザーとの問題解決と進捗状況の調整と推進
- サポートやナレッジトランスファーを容易にするために、構成や設計要素を文書化する。
- 他のファンクショナルアナリストと協業し、効果的なSAPソリューションを開発する。
- Support to redesign financial processes to make the process more efficient
- Understand the business requirements, analyzing, documenting & designing in technical and functional specs in Japanese language.
- Analyze business issues and assess/explain the impact to business users in Japanese
- Co-ordinate and drive issue resolutions & progress updates with managers, team & business users
- Document configurations, design elements allowing easy support and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with other functional analysts to develop effective SAP solutions.
