About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead our growth initiatives across paid channels, SEO, SEM, and promotional campaigns. This role will be pivotal in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention while ensuring the highest possible return on investment (ROI). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing performance metrics, as well as experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Responsibilities:
Paid Channel, SEO, SEM, and Promotional Campaign Management: Oversee and develop comprehensive strategies for managing and optimizing paid channels, SEO, SEM, and promotional/rewards campaigns. Ensure that all initiatives align with ROI targets and business objectives.
Data-Driven Strategy Optimization: Continuously analyze key performance metrics and data to extract actionable insights. Use these insights to refine and improve marketing strategies, driving revenue growth and optimizing campaign ROI.
Object and Key Results Monitoring and Performance Analysis: Establish and track objective and key results(OKRs) focused on pipeline impact. Regularly analyze and evaluate campaign data to refine strategies for maximum engagement and ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Business Development team to ensure campaigns align with go-to-market priorities and audience messaging, resulting in strong conversion rates throughout the marketing funnel.
Reporting and Insights Delivery: Provide regular performance updates and actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional teams. Share key learnings and recommendations for optimizing future marketing efforts.
Campaign Localization and Execution: Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure proper resources are in place for effective localization and execution of regional campaigns.
Relevant Experience:
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing with a strong track record in digital campaign management and optimization.
SEO and SEM Proficiency: Deep understanding of SEO and SEM best practices, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and paid search strategies. Proven ability to drive organic growth and improve search engine rankings while balancing paid search performance to achieve revenue goals.
Campaign Analytics & Optimization: Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, PowerBI, AppsFlyer, etc.) to measure and track the performance of digital campaigns. Ability to use data to identify trends, uncover insights, and optimize campaign performance in real time.
End-to-End Campaign Management: Experience overseeing the entire lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns — from planning and strategy development to execution and analysis. This includes A/B testing, creative asset development, audience segmentation, budget management and post campaign analysis to ensure campaign success.
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization: Extensive experience in lead generation campaigns across various channels, implementing strategies to optimize conversion rates, reduce cost-per-lead (CPL), and improve lead quality.
Paid Media and Demand Generation Expertise: Demonstrated experience in developing, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across web and App with a strong focus on achieving cost-effective customer acquisition and maximizing campaign ROI.
Educational/Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English and Chinese, additional European languages is a plus.
Other Requirements:
Industry Knowledge: Experience in CFD and Finance with a focus on the European market is a plus.
