Mission:
The position is based in Fendi Korea in Seoul. Reporting to the Sr. Omnichannel Manager Korea, this role’s main responsibility is to accelerate the E-commerce business through focuses on on-site merchandising & site experience, development of omni functions in support of E-commerce, and leading digital projects to support site localization.
Main Responsibilities:
[E-commerce Channel Sales Business]
- Develop E-commerce business plan including topline targets and strategic action plans to drive e-commerce business
- Set and communicate with the WW & local teams, the E-commerce budget, and bottom-up monthly forecasts, monitoring key drivers for sales (traffic, AOV, CVR) and flow-through metrics
- Partner with merchandising team to understand regional product priorities and ensure that e-commerce support broader market goals
- Align with the marketing team, monitor performance, traffic, user experience and drive performance with clear KPIs across all digital channels
- Lead omni-function projects (buy online from home, pick up in store, etc) & collaborate with retail teams to further strengthen e-commerce business
- Liaise with the CS team to set goals and ensure elevated, assisted experience for online customers
- Develop, manage, and monitor E-CRM activities in compliance with CRM team
[E-commerce Merchandising & Site Operation]
- Manage e-commerce site ensuring seamless experience for customers with timely product launches & compelling on-site merchandising
- Manage all aspects of site merchandising from planning to launching and restocking according to local demand and strategy
- Leverage deep understanding of the E-commerce consumer journey and purchase behavior to identify growth and implement local merchandising strategy and stock management
[E-commerce Project lead & Operation management]
- Identify and propose new e-business opportunities & innovative initiatives to the WW global team. Including but not limited to new features, contents, payment, local delivery, Kakao and/or Naver service integration
- Understand KR E-commerce trend and analyze metrics at every step of the funnel to enhance UX, UI shopping experience to increase growth
- Stay current with emerging web technologies and site experiences to lead changes as appropriate to meet site KPIs
Profile:
- The position requires an individual who works well in a changing environment, fast and dynamic
- Minimum 6 years of e-commerce experience. Fashion or luxury is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork, especially ability to communicate with Marketing & Merchandising teams
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, good at prioritization.
- Significant track record in running an E-commerce business.
- In depth knowledge of E-commerce platforms & technologies (Salesforce, Google Analytics, PowerBI)
- Proven people leader with the ability to inspire, lead, motivate & develop diverse teams at all levels.
