We are seeking professional and dependable Tigrinya Over-the-Phone Interpreters to support our clients by facilitating clear and accurate communication between Polish and English speakers. This role is ideal for linguists who are passionate about language access and enjoy working in a flexible, remote setting.
As a freelance interpreter, you will handle inbound and outbound calls across various industries, including healthcare, legal, government, and community services. You’ll play a key role in helping individuals overcome language barriers and access the services they need.
Technical Requirements:
- A reliable computer (desktop PC or laptop) capable of running Windows 10 with at least 8GB of RAM
- A dedicated high-speed, private, and secure internet connection
- Minimum download speed: 20 Mbps
- Minimum upload speed: 3 Mbps
- A USB wired headset with a built-in microphone (wireless/Bluetooth headsets are not accepted)
Other Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Must be at least 18 years old.
