Marketing Manager
Reports to: Chief Growth Officer
About the Role
Dynamic Language is looking for a driven, curious, and execution-focused B2B Marketing Manager to help fuel the next phase of our growth. This role sits at the center of our go-to-market efforts and works directly with the Chief Growth Officer to turn ideas into action, campaigns into pipeline, and strategy into results.
This is not a passive or purely administrative marketing role. You will own core marketing programs, work closely with sales and account teams, and play a visible role in shaping how our brand shows up in the market. What You’ll Do
Drive Marketing Programs That Matter
- Plan, execute, and manage inbound, content, email, event, and account-based marketing initiatives that support sales and revenue growth
- Help shape and maintain clear brand positioning and messaging across channels
- Own campaign execution from concept through launch, tracking, and optimization
- Partner with sales to support lead follow-up, enablement materials, and event-based outreach
Content and Demand Generation
- Coordinate content creation including blogs, case studies, landing pages, newsletters, and sales support materials
- Work with internal subject matter experts to translate complex services into clear, compelling messaging
- Manage email marketing and nurture programs tied to real pipeline outcomes
Events and Field Marketing
- Play a key role in planning and executing industry events, conferences, and webinars
- Coordinate event logistics, materials, timelines, and follow-up with sales
- Help ensure events translate into real opportunities, not just activity
Analytics, Systems, and Execution
- Manage marketing calendars, priorities, and timelines
- Track performance across campaigns, leads, conversions, and pipeline contribution
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM and contact data in partnership with sales
- Use data to continuously improve what’s working and stop what isn’t
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, account management, and leadership
- Support the Chief Growth Officer with execution, reporting, and follow-through
- Help bring structure and momentum to marketing initiatives across the company

Experience and Skills
- Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in services or professional services
- Familiarity with inbound marketing, email campaigns, content marketing, and events
- Experience working with CRM and marketing tools
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Proficiency with common business and collaboration tools

Compensation
Base salary of $85,000 annually. In addition, this role is eligible for performance-based bonuses.
