Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Trigger incidents, consulting requests, maintain requests, alarms, and other general support tasks within the ServiceNow platform.
- Undertake basic resolution of issues by following standard troubleshooting methods and scripted support processes, with a willingness to upskill for more advanced tasks.
- Escalate unresolved tasks to the L2 backlog in a clear and comprehensive manner for senior engineers to review and action.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of standard troubleshooting methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
- Desire and willingness to learn and upskill for more advanced technical tasks
