Join our innovative team as a Product Line Manager for Broadband Passive Products in the ANZ region. In this role, you will manage our product portfolio, drive strategy, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing product portfolio and develop product roadmaps.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and enhance existing offerings.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, FAE, R&D, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of product plans.
- Implement comprehensive product plans, including launches, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Drive P&L accountability by evaluating, recommending, and initiating cost reductions, discount analysis, and inventory level management.
- Support APAC Regional initiatives through creative market strategies and localization opportunities.
- Develop and manage sales and marketing materials that require additional technical expertise on specific solutions, applications, architectures, or assigned markets.
- Represent the developmental product definition to engineering teams, including cost and performance objectives, reliability and functional features, manufacturability, and life cycle forecasts.
- Participate at the product level in the development of all marketing collateral material a
- Ensure the successful transition of new products to market.
- Participate in S&OP (Sales, Planning, and Operations) meetings to represent the assigned region's interests.
Required skills and qualification for consideration:
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Product Line Management, preferably in Broadband Passive Product.
- Full end to end Product Lifecycle management through all 4 phases
- Strong technical understanding of FTTx and customer architectures.
- Proven experience in product management, market development, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey complex technical information.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and drive significant impact within the organization.
