About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic and detail-driven project manager to join our team in Alexandria! This permanent, full-time role reports to our Head of Global GTM Operations and is all about bringing global product launches to life.
You'll be the driving force behind the execution of creative assets-think video, social, digital, POS, and packaging-while working closely with teams across product, marketing, design, PR, legal, and more. From coordinating international rollouts to localizing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and keeping projects on track, you'll play a key role in making sure our launches are seamless and impactful.

Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of all launch support creative assets (including video, social media, digital, POS and packaging assets) for international rollout
- Lead the project management of cross-functional work streams and work closely with cross-functional teams (including product, design, marketing, digital, operations, PR, legal and compliance) for a successful launch and expansion into new markets
- Partner with the local marketing teams to deliver integrated marketing plans aligned to the global marketing strategy and the regional business needs
- Provide feedback and inputs based on knowledge of the local market in order to improve the global marketing strategy
- Create project plans and critical path with appropriate level of detail and manage tasks to support project governance requirements
- Work on the localization and regionalization of all marketing assets and business copy into all Breville | Sage global languages
- Manage translation agency and lead on regular WIP meetings
- Develop project budgets, manage changes and track actual costs and variance to approved budget
- Manage issues, risks, and changes to project scope, schedule and budget
- Communicate project status to key business stakeholders
- Summarise lessons learned and ensure all project artifacts and deliverables are documented and stored for re-usability post launch
- Work with the inhouse legal council, external law firm and other key internal stakeholders to manage portfolio of BRG Group trademarks
- Help out and assist with other GTM Operations projects as required
- Champion the brand values, strategy and guidelines
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, with 3-5 years of project/program management experience.
- Strong background in brand integrity, agency management, and project execution.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects across teams, markets, and budgets.
- Experience in fast-paced, global environments with cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and financial tracking skills.
