About the Role:
An Ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of IT experience along with 3 years of ServiceNow experience.
Scope of Work:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for ServiceNow solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Asset Management.
- Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Manage survey processes, validate and resolve complaints, and create dynamic templates. Knowledge of AI solutions and procurement processes is essential.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems like Hydra, SAP CRM, Maximo, and others, with integration experience being an added advantage.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, provide user support and training, and ensure effective utilization of ServiceNow.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow advancements, recommend system improvements, lead customer engagements, and conduct risk assessments.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field, with 8-10 years of ServiceNow experience. ITIL certification and experience with cloud-based deployments and Agile methodologies are preferred.
