Role:
To Be Successful In This Role You Will
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience
- Service provider will be responsible for providing site support including but not limited to performing installs, moves, adds, changes and decommissioning for in scope customer sites
- For remote location where site support personal are not present avail dispatch services or rapid response services
- Provide on site diagnosis and hardware repair services/support for all supported hardware and software in scope
- Provide VIP support to the customer service location where VIP support is identified
- Provide hands and feet infrastructure support for all the location
- The work hours will be 8 hours a day and 5 days a week.
- Out Of Hours (OOH) support to be provided in case of any critical task or in case of major issues.
