We are seeking a dynamic and experienced NLP Engineer to join our team and drive innovation in the field of NLP/NMT. This is a key role for a passionate professional looking to make an impact in a fast-growing tech company. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to develop cutting-edge solutions in neural machine translation, AI, and localization technologies, shaping the future of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training translation engines, improving performance, and expanding domains/languages
- Researching and engineering solutions to improve Neural Machine Translation (NMT) performance
- Developing models and conducting experiments for NMT-related technologies (Quality Estimation, Automatic Post-Editing, Word Alignment, etc.) and improving their performance
Qualifications:
- Experience with multilingual NLP and neural machine translation
- Understanding of state-of-the-art ML/NLP algorithms and related technologies
- Ability to understand, implement, and validate recent ML papers
- Proficiency with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
- Ability to work proactively and produce results independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Natural Language Processing or a related field
- Strong performance in machine learning competitions (such as Kaggle, WMT) or having published papers in international academic conferences
