Purpose of the role
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Localize OD e-learning content from English to Korean, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy.
- Develop and synchronize subtitles and voiceovers for OD e-learning materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical teams to maintain content integrity.
- Test and review localized content to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated on localization best practices and tools.

Knowledge And Experience
Essential Criteria:
- Understanding of training delivery methods, including digital and online solutions
- Knowledge and understanding of eLearning Design concepts
- Knowledge and understanding of learning methodologies (such as Accelerated Learning)
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience of developing training courses (eLearning or traditional PowerPoint courses) and working with SMEs
- Ability to create and edit images, vectors, and infographics
- Understanding of BSI and its products/service
Essential Criteria:
Skills and Abilities
- Fluent English language and writing skills, including the use of grammar and style
- High attention to detail, including formatting, editing, and proofreading
- Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in using eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Synthesia, or similar).
- Project management, including setting milestones and monitoring performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing
- Understand concepts quickly and accurately
- Troubleshoot and solve problems
Desirable Criteria:
- Ability to create engaging eLearning content
- Experience in using Adobe programs such as Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Audition, and Photoshop
- Ability to create engaging video content
- Experience of working with multi-national / cultural people and teams
