Position Overview
As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key operational role in supporting integrated marketing and advertising projects across the agency. You will manage day-to-day workflow and serve as a central hub between creative, strategy, account, production, and media teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration. While your primary focus will be supporting assigned client accounts, you may also assist other internal teams as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the agency.
Essential Job Functions

Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and task lists (primarily via Monday.com)

Lead projects from kickoff through concepting, development, production, and delivery

Define scope, timelines, key deliverables, and resource needs in partnership with cross-functional partners

Ensure stakeholders receive accurate and timely project updates and documentation

Serve as the central liaison among Account, Creative, Strategy, Production, Media, and Analytics teams

Facilitate clear communication to ensure alignment on project objectives, requirements, and deliverables

Lead weekly status meetings, capturing decisions, blockers, and next steps

Support operational needs for additional teams across the agency as bandwidth allows

Manage master timelines and proactively address risks, dependencies, and potential delays

Oversee internal reviews, client review cycles, revisions, and approvals

Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, platform specifications, and internal quality expectations

Maintain project briefs, calendars, delivery trackers, and overall documentation

Help refine and improve project management processes, workflow tools, and templates
-
Promote efficient, organized, and scalable project practices across the agency

Assist with production schedules, vendor communication, asset delivery, and QA checks
-
Support localization and translation workflows, file routing, and preparation of final deliverables

Conduct detailed QA on all deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence
Qualifications

1 to 3 years of project management or project coordination experience (agency experience a plus)

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets; basic Excel knowledge helpful

Strong time management and multitasking capabilities
