We are seeking a skilled Software Support Specialist to manage and maintain the technology solutions for our IP Maintenance business function within the IP Solutions group. The role would suit someone with experience as an IT Service Desk Engineer who is looking to get into Software Support.
This role involves data transformation, cleaning and validation during customer onboarding and throughout customer engagement. Additionally, the position includes developing and managing file based interfaces with customer IP Management Systems (IPMS) and integrating these with our internal solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Senior Software Support Specialist as needed.
- Manage, support, and maintain the IP Solutions internal renewal management system.
- Document all technical developments, configurations, bug fixes, and maintain up-to-date procedures.
- Collaborate with teams across Group Technology and IP Solutions to ensure seamless service provision.
- Adhere to departmental standards by following Group and IP Solutions policies and processes.
- Participate in and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of in-house applications.
- Ensure and manage data quality standards.
- Develop and manage file based interfaces and integrations with customer IP management systems.
Skills & Experience
- Basic IT skills that cover RDP, software installation etc
- Basic database querying or knowledge of SQL
- Basic skills with Powershell, VBA, Power Automate, or similar technologies.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Methodical and numerate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and fluent in English.
- Familiarity with navigating public databases and/or other IP data search tools desired
