As part of the HRIS & Data team you will execute scheduled & ad-hoc reports, as well as managing small to medium data & system projects globally with support as necessary. This includes our global HR System Unify D365 and the global recruitment system iCIMS.
You will be involved in the implementation of new processes and enhancements. This will require completion of varied tasks with a very high attention to detail, as well as problem solving and prioritizing requirements as needed. You will work as part of a global team and become familiar with assessing requirements and how best to implement solutions.
Your time will be split between reporting, data analysis, system improvements and supporting global HR teams. You will need to be highly proficient with our HR systems and global processes as well as data management.

Key Responsibilities
- Executes and administers end-to-end reporting schedule globally from multiple systems; including the monthly schedule, ad-hoc report requests, BI reporting enhancements/creation/issue resolution ensuring data accuracy, professionalism and timeliness.
- Completing regular data audits, working with People Services HR teams completing actions arising from these audits.
- Supporting issue resolution from start to finish, including scoping, options and mitigations as necessary, working collaboratively with all stakeholders.
- Working with wider team to understand requirements for changes/enhancements to support continuous improvement, using system knowledge to support solution. Updating training material as necessary.
