The TransPerfect Sydney team is looking for an ambitious, self-driven individual to join our mission to enable ANZ Retailers, Technology, Mining & Industry clients achieve their global expansion goals.

As the largest language services provider globally, we do this in two key ways – via providing localisation solutions (i.e translation) to enable communication with global markets, and secondly providing the means to scale via technology.
- We offer a range of digital marketing, D2C website, media localisation, and eLearning to multilingual support among many other solutions. You have the freedom and creativity to craft solutions to your clients’ needs.
- Working with global companies including Qantas, Sephora, Afterpay, Aēsop, Lululemon & L’Oreal globally with 65+ technology partners such as Salesforce, Adobe, Shopify & more – no day is the same when your mission is to take the incredible companies we have here in ANZ global.
POSITION SUMMARY/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a Junior Sales Account Manager – your role will be foremost to generate new sales opportunities. You will be targeting Retail, Technology, Mining & Industry companies in Australia and New Zealand. You will also manage existing accounts.
- Your focus will be on selling our technology solutions, whilst also helping companies create and streamline their localisation strategies.
- Your approach will be diverse – including cold calling (a MUST in this role), networking & representation at industry events and trade shows.
- You will be set up for success with on-the-job & ongoing training, plus continuous support from your local manager & global teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Service-focused with a desire to exceed clients’ expectations
- Multitasking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Commit to always treating everyone (from clients to co-workers to vendors to business partners) with the ultimate level of respect
- Work well in a team with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures
