Description
OVERVIEW: This is a marketing role where the incumbent will be expected to lead the brand consumer marketing agenda across Anz and also integrate within the broader APAC consumer marketing team.
You will have opportunities to understand the APAC consumer, similarities and differences and create synergistic plans with wide regional insight but local execution to create consumer demand and lead demand generation for Invisalign through the relevant consumer touchpoints.
The role will be 75% executional in nature, with the balance being opportunity for strategic contribution. It will entail receiving requests for localization, adaptation, market level MAP and legal approvals to ensure the last mile connectivity for our campaigns.

Role expectations
RESPONSIBILITIES And SOFT SKILLS EXPECTED
- PRIMARY ONWERSHIP
- Lead the adaptation for global and regional campaigns for ANZ
- Connect with agency for localization
- Manage market complexity on language, claims, MAP and legal + RA
- MARKET CHAMPIONSHIP
- ANZ (subject to change based on need)
- Understand the local consumer insights and micro trends, festivities and moments to connect

- Work closely with the Brand Manager, Invisalign Adults
- Work closely with the Brand Manager, Influencer Strategy and execution
- Work closely with the Brand Enablers team (Media, IT and CRM)
- SOFT SKILLS NEEDED
- Ability to deal with a matrix leadership and ensuring market stakeholders are managed well – including Professional marketing counterparts
- Ability to deal with VUCA (volatile uncertain complex and ambiguous) settings as many streams will feature this
- Ability to operate at speed and lead independently, yet be able to pivot and evolve as needed by the leadership
- DYNAMISM
- The consumer organization is a young and evolving team
- The individual performing this role will be open to experimenting, learning and coping with changes, refinements and updates to ways of working and scope, as and when needed.
Qualifications Needed
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree, Masters preferred, MBA is an added value
- High proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel on short notice
- Knowledge of an APAC language – will be an additional bonus
- Good interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and prioritization skills
- Self-motivation, able to work independently
- Exceptional EQ and IQ
- Mentored by and soft reporting into 4 different senior managers/associate directors
