We are seeking a Legal Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in project management within a fast-paced, client-centric environment, ideally in the translation or localization industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, particularly in litigation and intellectual property (IP), and experience in financial management, quoting projects, and working with Business Development teams. A degree in Translation, Law, Statistics, or Mathematics is required, with an emphasis on IP and statistical/mathematical expertise considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage legal projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Work closely with Business Development teams to assess client needs and develop tailored project quotes.
- Drive process innovation and contribute to the development of new strategies.
- Manage large accounts and client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering organic growth.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting and cost tracking.
- Stay up to date on translation industry trends, technology, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Provide on-call support as needed (3-4 weekends per year).
- Travel as required for business commitments.
